#3 - PINES

Named for the large white pines that frame the first and second landing areas, this par 5 features a decidedly downhill tee shot on a hole that turns left to right.  Position, not length, is the key on the second shot in order to set up a short approach to a green that is guarded by a collection of bunkers on both sides.

This is a risk and reward par five. Hit an accurate drive over the bunker and you may be rewarded. That is, if you can hit the long second shot to a very narrow approach and green.  I suggest playing it safe… fairway wood then mid iron then short iron.
