As your wedding coordinator, I will perform the following tasks for you:

• Arrange an initial meeting to discuss the details of your wedding and offer suggestions for design, schedule, vendors, and food choices, etc.

• Arrange for a complimentary food tasting

• Book your complimentary tee time

• Arrange for a second meeting to discuss the planning progress, final food, beverage, and linen selections and to acquire selected vendors names and contact information

• Place order for your linens, food, wine, special liquor requests, chairs for ceremony, and chair covers for reception

• Arrange for final meeting to receive seating arrangement, wedding decorations, favors, and final payment

• Contact your vendors the week before your wedding to confirm their time of arrival and discuss applicable ceremony and reception details

• Conduct your ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

• Prepare the ceremony site per your specifications (if applicable)

• Prepare the Oak Room for your cocktail hour (if applicable)

• Prepare the Chestnut Room per your specifications

• Dress Chestnut Room chairs with chair covers and sashes (if applicable)

• See that all your requests regarding the setup of the entire room are fulfilled, including the decorating of the head table, cake table, hors d’oeuvre table and gift sleigh

• Greet vendors upon arrival, forward them to their appropriate locations

• Greet the parents and grandparents upon arrival, escort to appropriate locations

• Greet wedding party upon arrival, escort to appropriate locations

• Disperse corsages and boutonnieres to wedding party, pin onto lapels if needed

• Assist the entire wedding party and the Bride at the start of the ceremony

• Assist elderly and handicapped guests to the elevator

• Direct wedding guests to the appropriate locations

• Coordinate staff to serve hors d’oeuvres to the wedding party and guests during picture taking

• Prepare the wedding party, parents, and DJ for the introduction to the reception

• Available for the Bride during the first dance to receive her bouquet and place it on the head table

• Oversee kitchen during entrée plating

• Cut wedding cake to be served as dessert

• Collect all belongings and gather near gift sleigh
