RECEPTION SCHEDULE

The Chestnut Room is contracted for a 5 hour period of time at a room rental fee of $1000.00.  Rental fee includes setup, cleanup, linens, wait staff, bartender, cake cutting and champagne toast for the wedding party.  Anytime beyond the 5 hours is subject to a $50.00 per half hour room rental fee. 

Afternoon functions may start at 11:00 AM or 11:30AM. Afternoon functions may not exceed 4:30 PM. Evening functions may start at 6:00 or 7:00 PM and may not extend past midnight.
