WEDDING PREPARATION

• Schedule your final meeting with our Function Coordinator for one week prior to your reception.
• Reconfirm your menu and beverage selections. 
• Develop your floor plan seating arrangements. Please feel free to call with any questions relative to table position or changes that need to be made to the room setup. Seating for your guests will be arranged according to your specifications and we will do our best to accommodate special requests with prior notice. 
• Prepare your place cards, guest book, toast glasses, cake knife and all favors in labeled boxes. Your wedding coordinator will collect all items at the end of the event. 
• One week prior, call in your final count for which your billing will take place. 
• All items with special instructions should be discussed at the final meeting with a final payment in the form of a bank check, money order or cash.
